Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How long is the shipping?

We sometimes have customers report that shipping is as early as 2 weeks time, but normally shipping takes about 2 to 4 weeks from the date you order depending on where your item is located for.

What are the payment methods available?

Following our store experience, we noticed that the majority of our customers trust the payment via PayPal, So to keep them reassured, we are currently set on the PayPal payments method.

How do I make a purchase?

  1. Click on an item to view all the available details.
  2. Select the details (if any), and click on 'Add to Cart’. This action will lead you to your Shopping Cart Summary, in which you can choose to continue browsing or make payment for the chosen piece(s). Repeat steps (1) and (2) if you wish to add more items to your shopping cart.
  3. Click on ‘Next’ once you’ve finalized your order. Confirm your mailing address and please remember to include your phone N°. so we can put it on the delivery advice, just in case you’re not home. This way, Mr. Postman will be able to contact you.
  4. Pay via Paypal and voila, you’re done!

The style/size/color I want is out of stock! when will you be restocking?

We get our products from our participating merchants; it is really hard to say when will they get it back again. However, please let us know what products are you looking for and we will be more than happy to double check for you!

Actually, we definitely suggest subscribing to our newsletter to be the first to know about our special promotions and sales! Also, we frequently do giveaway some special codes for our subscribers!

Defective Product?

If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, ShinyBeing will cover related costs to deliver a replacement, please do refer to our Refund Policy.

How do I track my order?

We will get back to you in 2 to 3 business days with your tracking number if it’s available.
